General Terms and Conditions of Business


1. scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.


2. contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Nordic Deli GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. 3.

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English. You can view the general terms and conditions at any time here on this page. 


4. delivery conditions

Shipping costs will be added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.


5. payment

In our shop you can choose between the following payment methods: TWINT, bank transfer, credit card (VISA).


Credit card

When you place your order, you also send us your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be charged.

6. transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.


7 Warranty 

The warranties of the articles purchased from Nordic Deli GmbH are limited to the warranties of the respective manufacturer. In case of improper handling or personal intervention, any claim becomes void.


8. reservation of proprietary rights

The ordered goods remain the property of Nordic Deli GmbH until full payment has been received.


9. right of withdrawal / right of return

You can cancel the contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods with a description of the reason for the return by returning the goods. The return of the goods is your responsibility and at your expense. Only items that are absolutely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted for return. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be returned. Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

The amount of a returned item can be deducted from the total amount. If the total amount has already been transferred to Nordic Deli GmbH, you can choose between a voucher or a cash refund. The shipping costs will be refunded.


Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nordic Deli GmbH, Farbstrasse 21, 8800 Thalwil, telephone +41791364917, e-mail goran@hakansson.ch) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.


Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.


You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

10. delivery defects

We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for correctness, completeness and intactness. Complaints regarding the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and deviations in quantity must be notified to us in writing by letter within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect will be checked by Nordic Deli GmbH immediately. If the defect is accepted by Nordic Deli GmbH, you will receive an identical replacement item, if available, as well as a refund of the shipping costs. Otherwise you will be refunded the full amount.


11. dispute resolution

The contractual relationship between the customer and Nordic Deli GmbH is governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (UN Sales Convention). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is CH-88oo Thalwil.
