Our smoked salmon is supplied vacuum-packed. The shelf life is then estimated at three weeks. The temperature in the refrigerator should be 2-4° to ensure the best-before date. Opened packages of hot smoked salmon can be kept in the refrigerator (max. +4°) for up to one week.
